Logian acquires 80,500 sqm logistics portfolio

Logian has acquired a three-property logistics portfolio in Vantaa and near Turku and Tampere. The portfolio totals approximately 80,500 sqm, and the properties were built between 2015 and 2022. DSV is the long-term tenant across all three properties.

The acquisition is part of Logian’s strategy to expand its logistics real estate network in the areas of Finland where demand for logistics space is growing most strongly.

“This acquisition significantly strengthens Logian’s logistics network in exactly these key areas. We are very pleased with the deal and look forward to continuing our good cooperation with DSV going forward,” says Elsi Luhtanen, Mrec Investment Management, who is responsible for Logian’s properties.

The acquisition supports Logian’s goal of enabling its customers’ growth and operational development by offering modern, functional logistics facilities in key locations.

In line with Logian’s strategy, the company will develop the sustainability of the properties together with the tenant.
