Logian’s newest property is an excellent example of sustainable construction

Completed in December 2024 in Bastukärr, Sipoo, the approx. 20,000 m² property highlights Logian’s expertise in logistics project development. The project involved close collaboration between the end-user, various consultants, and the contractor from the planning phase to execution, ensuring that the facility serves its purpose flexibly and energy-efficiently in the long term. Now 3PLogistics can start operating its new logistics center without delay.
