Logian and Meyer Turku plan a new logistics centre at Blue Industry Park

Logian and Meyer Turku have signed a letter of intent to build an approximately 20,000 sqm logistics centre near the Turku shipyard area, in Blue Industry Park. Meyer Turku will be the project’s anchor tenant. The logistics centre is targeted to be operational by the end of 2028.

The project is part of a comprehensive renewal of Meyer Turku’s logistics. The new logistics centre aims to make storage and distribution logistics more efficient, improve the manageability and visibility of material flows, and strengthen delivery reliability and safety in the shipyard area. Going forward, the centre will serve as a hub for material flows arriving for production, where materials from both Meyer Turku and, in the future, potentially also partner companies can be received, consolidated and, when needed, stored.
