Logian partners with Pohjola Rakennus next to Pirkkala Airport

Logian has launched a 35,000 m² property development project with Pohjola Rakennus, enabling the construction of logistics, commercial, office, or production facilities in the immediate vicinity of Pirkkala Airport. The location offers companies direct access to air transport and enables fast and efficient freight and passenger transportation. The project provides future tenants with an exceptionally good logistical position in Finland and internationally, with connections to European capitals and major logistics centers.

The project’s zoning situation is strong and ensures implementation certainty. Logian has been actively contacting potential companies, and the secure zoning status has generated significant interest among prospective tenants.
